    • Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns.

    • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item reaches us.

  4. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

  3. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
